Description: The Oklahoma Police Chiefs Training Foundation and the Glenpool Police Department are hosting a six hour CLEET approved Training covering Ethics for Police and Transformational Leadership. The course is designed to provide leaders of all ranks with a background on how to navigate through the many pressures of our profession and maintain their own ethical standards and utilize them to create a transforming leadership environment for their followers, peers, and supervisors. Being aware of potential issues that can lead to drift will provide you with the resources to be successful leaders, whether you are long established in your career or just beginning. Being the ethical leader will provide a stable foundation for those who look to you for guidance and help you create a work environment in which others will want to be a part of. Ethics and leadership, in combination, are the keys to your success.

Cost: Free to members of the OACP; $25.00 for non-members.
